3:30 - 4:30 Dance (Miss Chattoe) Yrs 3-6

3:30 - 4:30 - Imagineering (Mr and Mrs Brown) Yrs 5/6

Wednesdays 12:40 - 1:05 School Council (Mr Curry) - every other week

3:30 - 4:30 Multi skills (Team Theme) Years 1 / 2 - £2 per session total - for term £ 20 (13 sessions)

3:30 - 4:30 French (Mrs Pathy Barker) Yrs 2-6 - £2 per session - for term £20 (13 sessions) - (please pay directly)

3:30 - 4:30 Catering (Mr and Mrs Allen) Yr 6 (This club will change members each term, to give every child the opportunity to take part over their school career- 8 members only - first come first served) will not start for first 2 weeks.

Thursdays 3:30 - 4:30 Rugby - Dodgeball / Handball if weather inclement (Team Theme) Yrs 3-6 £2 per session for term - £20 (13 sessions)

3:30 - 4:15 Gardening (Mrs Powell) Years 2 to 6 -from half term

Fridays 12:40 -1:05 Chess (Mr Crabtree) - any year group

3:30 - 4:30 Choir (Miss Hammick) Yr 3 - 6

All clubs will start week beginning January 11th (unless otherwise stated) and will end week beginning Monday March 22nd.
• As advised in the newsletter, the school have to undergo stringent financial inspection and we are therefore unable to allow club payment on a weekly basis. We would, therefore, like to ask for the payment in advance before your child attends the club. If this presents a problem, please come and talk to Mr. Crabtree.
• Please remember to let the member of staff know if you cannot attend the club on a particular session
• If your child is attending Woodpecker Club after the activity session, then the member of staff will direct them to the club.
• Clubs may be cancelled at short notice due to illness or inclement weather. We shall attempt to contact you, by phone or text but will of course look after your child until the normal pick up time should we be unable to make contact or if this places you in a difficult position.
Permission is not required as such for lunchtime clubs, but turning up for the club indicates a desire to be part of that club for the duration of the term. Remember 'winners never quit and quitters never win' !

There are some difficult choices to be made here, but unfortunately clubs have to be scheduled according to staff and resource availability. Apologies if this causes a dilemma for some of you !

Woodpecker and Breakfast Club (run by Katie Berryman)
Breakfast Club is available form 8:00 a.m. and runs until 8.50 a.m. Toast or muffins are served with fresh juice and the children are looked after in the school library. Cost is £2.50 per session.
Woodpecker Club runs from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a second session running from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Snacks and drinks are provided and children may attend either or both sessions. Cost is £2.50 per session.
We prefer parents to use the booking sheets, placed in the verandah in the school, but we try to be flexible and are usually very happy to take late bookings. There is a dedicated phone number for the Woodpecker Club, which we ask you call should you be running late to collect your child.
