SEN Support

At Hambridge Primary School we strive to support all children to enable them to achieve at school. We have a School Special Educational Needs Coordinator, Mrs Kerri Tucker, as well as a dedicated SEN teaching assistant Mrs Alison Sauter who work closely with those children who have been identified as requiring extra support and guidance.

Somerset SENDIAS provides information, advice and support about special educational needs and disability (SEND) for parent carers, children and young people (up to the age of 25).

Free and independent legally based information, advice and support to get the right education for children and young people with Special Education Needs in England.

Somerset Parent Carer Forum is a parent led organisation, with all the people leading our working having a child or young person between birth to 25 years with additional needs and/or disabilities.

Somerset schools include mainstream schools, special schools and a range of specialist units to address SEN.
